The Rhythm of the Boardroom Year
Boardroom Barre unfolds over twelve months, guided by three defining phases: Creation, Activation, and Calibration.
We begin with Creation — shaping vision, direction, and the mastery required for what comes next. Activation follows, where strategy is brought to life through focused action and implementation. The year concludes with Calibration, refining what has been built to ensure it is aligned, supported, and sustainable for long-term growth. These four core elements are woven throughout the year, and once the Boardroom opens, the table is set — no new members are added.

4 x One-to-One Strategy Coaching Sessions
Four private one-to-one sessions with Deborah Laws.
One-to-one coaching sits at the heart of the Boardroom Barre experience. Each member begins with a dedicated Kickstarter Session, where we take a clear, strategic view of what’s working in your business and identify the priorities that will most support your growth this year.
This is followed by three further private coaching sessions across the year, designed to hold you accountable to your master plan and support confident, considered decision-making — with Deborah as a guiding presence throughout.

The Boardroom gathers three times a year for private, facilitated online mastermind sessions exclusively for members. These sessions create space for collective strategy, shared accountability, and momentum-building conversation, drawing on the experience and insight of the room. Guided by Deborah, members are supported to think more expansively, pressure-test ideas, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Expert Sessions
Three online group expert sessions
Three times a year, specially selected guest experts are invited to the Boardroom to deliver focused training created exclusively for members. Each expert offers depth and perspective in a specific area of growth and also features within the Signature Gift menu, allowing members to experience their approach first-hand while benefiting from learning with multiple coaches throughout the year.
3 x In-Person Soirées
Three events · Four days of in-person meetings and gatherings
In-person soirées bring the Boardroom together three times a year in carefully chosen settings designed to elevate both thinking and connection. Rendezvous à Paris offers an immersive two-day experience working on the business while allowing space for unstructured, high-value conversations to unfold naturally. The Afterglow – Boardroom Edition follows the Dance Business Conference, providing a dedicated environment to refine learning and translate ideas into strategy. The year concludes with the Strategy Self-Spa Soirée, blending business discussion, restoration, and meaningful connection — recognising that sustainable success requires self-leadership as much as business growth.

Deborah’s Perspective
Deborah Laws built and ran five dance schools across the UK, scaling to over 900 students before experiencing a complete collapse that forced a fundamental rethink of leadership, structure, and sustainability.
That experience reshaped her whole approach to business - moving from growth at all costs to growth led by clarity, systems, and CEO-level leadership all aided by high level coaching and mentors.
Boardroom Barre represents the evolution of that work: no longer supporting women at rock bottom, but those already standing strong and ready for their exciting next chapter.
